Homemade Happy Hour

The brand is intended to position the user as their own bartender while having fun at home with a whimsical and fun tone. The branding emphasizes a warm, inviting tone with a distinctive logo and color scheme, fostering a community feel with user interaction and providing educational content for beginners and advanced mixologists. The overall aim is to make the art of making cocktails at home accessible and enjoyable.

Product branding & design

Work done in collaboration with my husband, a full-stack developer Benjamin Whittaker (GitHub). This project coming into development soon!

Homemade Happy Hour is designed and branded to give cocktail enthusiasts a user-friendly and engaging experience.

Key features include an intuitive search function allowing users to find drinks by alcohol type, difficulty, and taste profile. It also offers interactive elements like saving favorite recipes, rating them, and creating shopping lists by ingredients needed. The design combines images and a clean layout for visual appeal, with a responsive design for accessibility on various devices.

Product strategy

Before jumping into the designs, we started defining what the product would be in the short and the long term.
